I didn't set out to become someone who talks about faith publicly.

It's personal. It's deep. It's the kind of thing that gets complicated the moment you try to put it into words for other people.

But eleven years on the road has a way of clarifying what matters. And faith — the quiet, real, not-for-performance kind — is what has held this life together.

This series is about that.

Not doctrine. Not theology. Not the version of faith that has all the answers and wants you to know it.

The version that shows up at 3 AM on an empty interstate. The version that doesn't require a building or a schedule. The version that got built — slowly, honestly — in the wide open spaces between mile markers.

I've had more genuine conversations with God in this truck than anywhere else in my life.

The solitude does that. The miles do that. The stripping away of everything that isn't essential does that.

What's left, when all the noise is gone, is what's true.

This is what's true for me.

I'm not asking you to believe what I believe. I'm just telling you what the road taught me about the God I already knew — and how different He looks from inside a cab at the edge of dark with nothing but miles ahead.
